WHISK designed and launched a high-touch retail market, cafe, and wine shop in San Francisco. Quickly became the go-to spot for venture meetings, neighborhood coffee strolls, weekend hangouts, and natural wine.

In addition, WHISK oversaw product curation from sourcing to procurement and marketing / events for launch. We defined internal systems team focused around efficiency and interviewed, hired and trained a team of 15 to run day to day operations
