Zendesk is leading the new era of customer service software and personal solutions for business. They approached us to design and produce their first ever Global Sales Kickoff in early 2015, with less than two months’ planning time. For their team, brand identity is paramount, and as it was their first time, they wanted to create an unparalleled experience, but did not have a clear direction. In immersing ourselves in the brand, we had the pleasure of transforming a landmark pier building into a custom conference for their two day long program, that was hands down one of the most unique Sales Kickoffs many had ever attended.
