For many years we’ve curated the finest and most authentic experiences for clients globally. After years of brewing our unique vision for the type of guest experience in which we aim to host in the spirit of omotenashi, we're excited to launch our first dinner series, in the calmly refined
coastal town of Biarritz, France this June.

Join us on 1 June 2024 for apéro, followed by
a multi-coursed dinner featuring local producers, beverage pairings, and a
few surprises.

At the helm of the kitchen, we’re hosting Chef Jules St-Cyr (108 in Copenhagen, Ersnt Berlin), and leading the wine program, co-host Maggie Spicer (in partnership with famed Au Bon Manger).

La Marzocco has generously provided our coffee equipment for the evening.
