For many years, we have curated the finest and most authentic experiences for clients globally. After years of brewing our unique vision for guest experiences in the spirit of omotenashi, we launched our inaugural dinner soirée series in the serene coastal town of Biarritz, France.
The evening of June 1, 2024 was an intimate affair, limited to just 20 seats. Our guests joined us for an unforgettable evening starting with an apèro of sparkling pét nat from one of our favorite minimal-intervention regional winemakers, followed by a multi-course dinner featuring the best of local, late spring ingredients, a full beverage pairing, and capping the evening with brewed-to-order Onyx espresso facing the sea on the terrace, in a newly-minted La Marzocco Linea Mini.
At the helm of the kitchen was Chef Jules St-Cyr (108 in Copenhagen, Ersnt Berlin), whose culinary prowess left everyone impressed with his 13-course seafood-driven menu. Leading the wine program was our Creative Director, Maggie Spicer, highlighting cult producers across France, Germany, Austria, and Spain.
